My University where I'm currently pursuing my grad degree had a major, major scandal like 5 or 10 years ago where the President, Chief Financial Officer, Some Deans, & other high ups were fired/resigned & the entire school organization from top to bottom had to pay penalties & were put on some sort of Federal probation where everything had to be finely documented & people kept on their toes so as not to get into even deeper shit. All for using Fed money to build a new building full of classrooms (you know, shit students need to actually learn) instead of whatever else it was supposed to go towards (Ironically, I think it was supposed to be for woke shit). Keep in mind this was Obama years, and a couple years before before Trump ran.
And now it looks like it is currently happening again. I've been remote, and come this semester I find that suddenly my college's deans have been shuffled around, my advisor is suddenly at a new school (Good thing I didn't start my research yet!), and I don't even know what else. All with no announcement to the grad students. I think part of it has to do with Trump tightening up H1Bs (Good! The amount of foreign professors & grad students at a public school paid for by tax payers was insane! Almost 75% non-citizens! You should have seen the mass exodus of Chinese students suddenly graduating this year!!). But how ironic & conveniently-timed would it be if it's also because of all the woke bs they need to get rid of putting a wrench in their funding plans??

Government grants already have tons of accounting hoops required for the Grantee to certify what the money is being spent on. As long as that documentation certifies the Federal money didn't go towards woke training, they are in the clear under the terms of this order

Please be careful doing this. Security departments will have a very easy time tracking data exfiltration to you. I see people lose their jobs all the time for being stupid with non-public company data and that's when they're not whistleblowing on the company.
I'm not recommending you exfiltrate data that you shouldn't, but If you want to do this, the best way would be to take pictures with a personal device and use those photos of the documents as the evidence.
You don’t have to exfiltrate it. Just screen record to a folder called “TPS Reports”.
Then when the RFI appears on the Federal Register, follow the instructions.
At some point that video is going to be uploaded or moved outside of the company, which would be exfiltration and could be detected. Just some friendly advice from someone that works in the field. Most people don't realize that everything you do on your company workstation can be seen in most larger organizations.
Any employer retaliation should be covered though. A battle you want to avoid for sure, but should be covered.
I would suggest remoting instead, especially if you can use a live session.
Really depends on the company and how closely they monitor their data movement. PDF's definitely could raise a flag, screenshots would be less likely, but still possible. If a company is concerned about this, it would be quite easy to monitor for traffic going to whatever the upload site is and find users reporting them that way. 2 ways I see this going:
nobody wants to risk their money, so enforcement won't be an issue. They'll cave, basically.
"Resist" will continue to resist, and enforcement of this EO will switch to enforcement of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which has the strength of law and nobody dares fuck with. Most of the language of the EO is built right on top of that legal precedent :)
So I really want everything everywhere to be brought into line with this! No part of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was designed to make white people ashamed, guilty, oppressed, harassed, beaten, killed, or any of the other nonsense we've been suffering. This is a big part of preventing Civil War, if it can be done.
I think ALL of it is a violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Therefore it will impact everything, not just federal funding. I say, report it ALL!

The best case is all the malarkey stops, without ever having to go to enforcement. Punishment for retroactive deeds is unknown, but pattern of behavior is ALWAYS relevant :) Even 10 years later if they try to be sneaky, if this was reported now it will strengthen the case then.

You can do this to all nonprofits you have been eyeing and local university diversity departments and queer department discriminating white students. A good start is their social media. They openly propage the racial discrimination and hated toward police. We urge you to take a screen shot (hiding your own account information) and post elsewhere. You can use your own social media or make another account for that. We should inform them that we are watching even if the legal actions do not get executed immediately.

Just about every major Silicon Valley company has govt contracts. This should be fun.
Be careful. Large companies all have systems that track if you copy files down to your workstation or if you put it on removable media. I used to do tech support for them / they are not only real... they're realively inexpensive. I'd wait until they violate the policy since to do so they'd tell you to use the material. If you read it and print it to study... your access would be expected.

I used to work for Raytheon. They were going nuts with diversity training and "employee resource groups". If I still worked there I'd have a mountain of evidence on them. I left b/c I was tired of seeing and working with lefties.
