“Copies of any training, workshop or similar programming having to do with diversity and inclusion as well as information about the duration, frequency, and expense of such activities.”

I wonder if this includes all the “you ain’t getting anywhere because you aren’t a white man!” Emails.
You know, it seems logically the same, to me. The statement declares something as a fact, no conditional about it. And it asserts that you won't "get somewhere" [insert wiggle room with no metric for success in the undefined goal of "getting somewhere]", implying your problems are due to your race which you can't change.. The game afoot here is the same as anti white critical race theory, to demoralize people and cause self-loathing over race.
Keep in mind that for some professions, this ‘critical theory’ racism can be embedded into ‘professional standards’ expectations that ensure the spread and enforcement of the guidelines far beyond the employee themselves - teachers, pharmacists, daycare workers, editors, psychologists, counselors, police, property managers, adoption agencies, social workers, parole officers, real estate finance processors, hiring officers, employment agencies, etc...
Each of these can be forced via ‘professional standards’ to embed these expectations on their requirements of clients, patients, subjects, parents, participants, tenants, and students.
You’re right. What a disgusting mess. Getting the training out of gov departments is an excellent first step. It’s going to take people standing up and making formal complaints against infected “professional standards”.

Well, the whole problem would have to include a special focus on the problems of generational indoctrination and historical record revision, and something about institutional racist policy, monetary policy and governance 2nd and 3rd order effects, and genocide/civil war/race-based national existential risks from division and hate-mongering.
My comment was primarily about the degradation and politicalization of science and the self-sustaining viral-like replication embedded into this disgusting philosophy.
