GEOTUS directed the Director of OFCCP (contract compliance) to create a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) within 30 days, for ALL EMPLOYEES of federal contractors AND subcontractors (THAT’S YOU), to submit all evidence of DIVERSITY PROPAGANDA.
GEOTUS wants:
“Copies of any training, workshop or similar programming having to do with diversity and inclusion as well as information about the duration, frequency, and expense of such activities.”
SAVE ALL “DIVERSITY” INFO NOW! Before HR can delete it!
ONCE YOU HAVE THE EVIDENCE, WAIT AND WATCH FOR THE RFI! It will appear on the Federal Register

Yes. The threshold for OFCCP oversight is very low (either $25k or $100k across all contracts/grants).

You should see how much Universities shuffle around Federal money in ways they're not supposed to to get what they want out of it.
My University where I'm currently pursuing my grad degree had a major, major scandal like 5 or 10 years ago where the President, Chief Financial Officer, Some Deans, & other high ups were fired/resigned & the entire school organization from top to bottom had to pay penalties & were put on some sort of Federal probation where everything had to be finely documented & people kept on their toes so as not to get into even deeper shit. All for using Fed money to build a new building full of classrooms (you know, shit students need to actually learn) instead of whatever else it was supposed to go towards (Ironically, I think it was supposed to be for woke shit). Keep in mind this was Obama years, and a couple years before before Trump ran.
And now it looks like it is currently happening again. I've been remote, and come this semester I find that suddenly my college's deans have been shuffled around, my advisor is suddenly at a new school (Good thing I didn't start my research yet!), and I don't even know what else. All with no announcement to the grad students. I think part of it has to do with Trump tightening up H1Bs (Good! The amount of foreign professors & grad students at a public school paid for by tax payers was insane! Almost 75% non-citizens! You should have seen the mass exodus of Chinese students suddenly graduating this year!!). But how ironic & conveniently-timed would it be if it's also because of all the woke bs they need to get rid of putting a wrench in their funding plans??
I don't care if my degree is at stake because of funding issues; I've got already got what I need to graduate right now with a Master's & apply for a PhD program elsewhere, and I want my country back!!!
I am an astrophysicist at a 40,000 student university.
I get 2-3 emails every week from my university president and the "Office of Diversity and Inclusion" (aka Office of Disability Services) about bullshit communist topics like:

I will report these insolent communist rats in a heartbeat.
But it also says: "Therefore, it shall be the policy of the United States not to promote race or sex stereotyping or scapegoating in the Federal workforce or in the Uniformed Services, and not to allow grant funds to be used for these purposes. In addition, Federal contractors will not be permitted to inculcate such views in their employees."
Government grants already have tons of accounting hoops required for the Grantee to certify what the money is being spent on. As long as that documentation certifies the Federal money didn't go towards woke training, they are in the clear under the terms of this order
There seem to be other sections that are more broad.
