idk, but an entire case of juice oranges (small oranges only good for squeezing for juice, all bruised and misshapen) only costs about $5, freeze those babies, and you can throw them a mile with massive impact, and no worries about litter or evidence since they melt and are biodegradable. In college our dorm building was on the bus route, and my neighbors would whip frozen oranges at the buses to knock the safety windows out, for laughs. Tuna at a buck a can seems like a poor choice. Throwing stuff at cops is a very stupid choice.
