Yes I know all about that. One can a week. I was having 3-5 times a week because I love it and low carb good protein. But I started to feel off in my brain. Fuzzy like. Turns out I was getting to much mercury. Not the metal kind. Just the kind the fish pick up in the ocean. Once you stop eating it, it flushes out and you feel good again. But I never buy Bumblebee. I only eat the Costco brand now..
Yes...it is so pack in that can that is makes double. I like it because I am a visual eater and those red and dark spots of the tuna turn me off. Kirkland brand does not seem to have those as much.

I buy the Costco canned salmon. It's yum!
If you like the protein/low carb angle, you can eat sardines.
They’re small fish, so they don’t have as much mercury as tuna.
I love Sardines too. Only problem is I want to have them on saltines...
