There need to be safeguards in place so that whenever election officials go to some place to look at boxes, that representatives from both parties are present with videos running so that the dems can't just say "We found these 100 boxes of ballots". It's not perfect, but shit is getting to close to the wire. There must be safeguards. Think of others.
