Just hung up with my mother who lives in East Tennessee in the rural hills. A family Homestead was just bought sight unseen from a family in California. At 1st I thought this was good but then my gut told me what the hell is going on. Conservative migratory pattern or something maybe more sinister?

I've been wondering, myself, if the major blue states haven't taxed, oppressed, robbed, looted, burned and murdered their constituents into moving to red states, with the hope that, despite everything, they'll still vote blue (they ain't called "libtards" for nothing), and turn the red flyover states blue -- or at least purple.
But, can people really be that stupid?! Unfortunately, yes. Yes they can.
