The problem is the people below always try to do the opposite to sabotage the guy at the top. Some companies may have based CEOs, but their woke HR people want to virtual signal. Trump issued the critical race theory ban EO, but I will bet some government agencies and companies doing business with the government will just ignore it. The problem is the lack of enforcement. If they get hit in the pocketbook, then they will stop doing it. Diversity and Inclusion is the popular theme nowadays. Everybody is afraid to be accused of being a racist.
