Look at who applies and is accepted to top business schools. Then look at who is applying to the Schools of Education at universities. They are not the same academic demographic that's for sure. The question is why aren't more minorities going to business school than the Schools of Education.
I know the answer. You have to apply. Business Schools have reputations that they tout all across the country. Smushy degree departments do not so they will let anyone apply.
It's simple math. A group that is a smaller percent of the population will be represented proportionately in these situations. Life is not a Tide commercial where you can just hire based on looks.
