She says she will recuse from any decisions involving her personal beliefs. That's not acceptable and means that her moral views have no relevance. Barbara Lagoa is also a true conservative and has proven record of it on the bench, she's a much better choice and opposition from Democrats will be politically advantageous to Trump.
Her Covid and 2A rulings make her less than an ideal selection. Definitely not a defender of the constitution.
