Have every car with out of state plates towed to the city impound lot, and let the faggots show proper id and pay a fee to get their mom's Benz out of impound. Then send the list of plate numbers to every other city experiencing 'peaceful protests' so they can do the same. Impose 2 hour parking limits on city streets as an emergency measure to make it all legal. Give residents a placard for their windows to avoid being towed.

I contacted a friend who is a sheriff deputy there and he said they and the police never had to do anything because citizens had coordinated and were driving the streets. Anytime they spotted suspicious cars they were surrounded and 'escorted' back out of town, many never being able to even park or exit their vehicles.
Every rioter should be arrested on the spot with no bail!
They should bring in a fleet of buses if that's what it takes to hold them all.
