You're not thinking like GEOTUS.

You can bring the costs down if you simply make the wall around LA, San Fran, Seattle and Portland with the same result.

Exactly. Yolo, Siskiyou, and southern Oregon to Yreka & Redding are pretty based and conservative.

Second this... most but not all of the dumbasses in the Bay Area are strictly in San Francisco. If they didn't influence things, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties would be fine.

Fun fact: San Mateo is a made up county consisting of what was originally San Francisco county (mission) except for the modern day city of San Francisco. That happened in the late 1800's, not long after California statehood. San Francisco was completely screwed up from the beginning and everyone around it has known for over a century.
