I believe that all abortions are “wrong” just like sins can be of various magnitudes yet that doesn’t mean it should be illegal. First trimester? I think it’s wrong but I can’t say I would die on the hill to make it illegal.
However, what I am dead certain of is that late term abortion is literally murdering a living person that can’t defend itself. Anything after first trimester should be absolutely illegal and punishable by law. Late term needs to be 1st degree murder. Yet, you can find states that allow them. Just literally murdering babies. Unless she dissented, ACB agrees with the lockdowns on the basis of upholding the precedent set in Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197U.S.11(1905), wherein the court ruled that the state could force a citizen to take a smallpox vaccine under certain conditions.
So whether she's personally in support of lockdowns or not, she definitely supports following precedent, even if it's a bad precedent.

I am convinced that Abortion will be the enduring issue of this age. It is what future peoples, from centuries down the road, will look at when they reflect upon this time of our history.
