We have a place down in Cashiers In the Sapphire Valley, it is so beautiful there. So many waterfalls and not many people at all. It’s about 20 miles west of Brevard.

I live in NC and use to go to Asheville all the time in the 90s and early 2000s. Its was such an amazing place with how small and beautiful it was. Now its just a terrible place to go, so many hippies everywhere and crime is way up. Stay far away from it. I wont even stop there to eat when I am on my way to Cherokee or some nice mountain place in Tennessee.

We have a place down in Cashiers In the Sapphire Valley, it is so beautiful there. So many waterfalls and not many people at all. It’s about 20 miles west of Brevard.
These places need to advertise. Come to Assville for the Hospitality. Stay for the Burning, Looting, and Murdering.

I've been comparing climate data in a search for a place to move to for my homestead dream, and the Asheville area stuck out as having not too hot summers and not too cold winters and great rainfall. Shame about the leftists.
So, in the hopes someone smarter than me will see this - where's a place that has good soil, good rainfall, not too hot summers, not too cold winters, and good conservative values (2A, etc...)?
