"Inclusion" training is set for next week.

This is like next level affirmative action based on the synopsis of the training. An HR department with a super majority of females, black/hispanic, liberal democrats is pushing "inclusion". The HYPOCRISY!

All these HR departments paying tens of thousands of dollars for these trainings. It is no wonder these horrible ideas are spreading. It gets constant funding.

We have diversity calls about every 3 weeks now in my company and then mandatory training courses that we have to take on top of that. In the diversity calls we hear heartbreaking stories from black employees who suffered through crushing racism and are making $130-200k per year now. I got pulled over a couple times for driving while black!! Omg I am oppressed in my BMW !!

Our diversity calls are middle aged white women with golden spoons jammed up their twats preaching to everybody about white privilege. I muted the volume put down my headset and took my dogs on walks during them.

About a month ago the last diversity training said a white person complimenting a person of color is "racism".

How retarded does your mind have to be for you to think that instead of it being simple compliment, instead you twist it in your mind to take that as racist because apparently a white person would not compliment another white person.

That, and HR needs some justification for their headcount. We won't need as many people in the HR department if they are limited to hiring/firing.

And you have hit on the root cause, funding. Where there is funding, entrepreneurs emerge. Plus, there is a large pool of potential entrepreneurs for every kind of wokeness training because of decades of colleges cranking out victim studies degrees. What else are tose people going to do? They've learned to criticize every other social activity.
