Not true. The detective charged fired like 10 shots randomly, right? The other officers weren't charged that fired their weapons. Had Breonna ended up with 10 more holes in her, he wouldn't have been charged. It was the idea that those shots could have injured people in other apartments.
The real BS isn't necessarily this charge, but moreso the charges against Kyle who had impeccable accuracy and discipline.
Edit: It appears the two other officers were 6/22 combined accuracy, and the charged officer was 0/10 shooting from outside the home and through the bedroom to the targets, while the uncharged officers were shooting directly down the hall.
