They've already announced a curfew, but most of these riots occur where a curfew is in place. Curfews are about as effective as "Gun Free Zone" signs.

Point is, if there is a curfew then they should be out there rounding people up now before they congregate into a large crowd. Anyone on the street without a reason goes to spend the night in jail.

If they're not willing to do that then they can look forward to riots, looking and burning tonight.

Curfew is 9pm, I think (unless they changed it).

Most of the worst rioting will probably be after midnight.

I don't think they rebuilt after the last riot? What are they going to target now, residential neighborhoods?

They're still pandering to the peaceful protesters' hurt feelings in the press conference. I don't think they'd be willing to take that kind of action. I think they would legally have to wait until after the curfew takes effect to arrest people.
