That's what the FBI has been saying since day one (also without any evidence). The FBI has arrested multiple "right wingers" for allegedly attempting to incite riots on obscure message boards, but have not arrested any of the many left wing politicians, professors, journalists, CEOs, celebrities, athletes and blue checkmarks who are inciting and funding real life riots.
