I found out the issue. It's not my carrier.

Had DNS IP 1.1.1.1 as one of them and they don't resolve archive.is This is an old tweet https://twitter.com/archiveis/status/1017902875949793285

So if you can't access archive.is make sure you don't have 1.1.1.1 DNS

Cloudflare is 1.1.1.1

Google is 8.8.8.8 and 8.8 4 4
