But on net it seems like Saddam only WANTED WMDs. Lots of the stuff found was just leftovers, and the chemical weapons don't really last (they're in the same class of chemicals as insecticides, which is a class of chemicals that was picked for that purpose because they degrade in sunlight, air, and water within a few days)
If you do a search for it you can find lots of videos where she said it on 60 Minutes. It raised some eyebrows and controversy at the time, but not enough to keep her from getting the award from Obama in 2012. She also served as Secretary of State under Clinton.
