Around criminals you have layers of people who'll be involved in other ways either wittingly or unintentionally. In this case we know she had to be aware from text messages saying she was worried about his criminal tendencies.
I'd say she was probably involved in laundering for him or hiding the proceeds of crime. There was definitely a basis for suspecting aiding and abetting. I think however they also had a hunch she was handling the drugs as well which may not have been the case.
I believe he was also using her as his PO box is why. That may have been for legitimate mail but also helps him keep in hiding. I think the PO box is why they thought she might be receiving drugs for him. Assuming that they thought that is true.
I don't get the impression she was in that deep but it definitely looks like he was offloading a few things on her.
When having relationships with criminals and staying connected with them some things that may even seem innocent can quickly pull you into suspicion. Doing favours that seem harmless like looking after a box for them for a while or something.
