Is he waiting until billions of dollars worth of damage is done to buildings/property or is waiting until hundreds of cops and civilians get killed by those animals?
I heard the city had already issued a curfew. Why can't they start arresting everyone out on the streets being disruptive and set bail at a Million a piece. Use tear gas, etc. Then if they are shooting at the police, the police have the right, no the obligation, to return fire. If bystanders get shot, they have no right to protest as they are already breaking curfew.
I’m starting to wonder if this is just a big concession to funnel money to these areas after collapsing them first. It would explain a lot of inaction.
