When my parents got the internet I got into web design to put up fan website a for my favorite games, straight html programming by hand back then and I learned it from the ground up. I was very good at web design by the time I went to college, it got me a job to help support me and then when I graduated I got a great job in the internet industry. If not for the video games I played in the 90s I would never have gotten into web design and never have gotten the great opportunities I did.
Probably an outlier situation, but it shows that video games aren't a complete waste of time for everyone.

Since we are a Republic, and States are basically like their own small countries... you cannot send in the National Guard without the Governor of that State requesting it. The ONLY exception is if there is an insurrection against the government. While some could argue that is what ANTIFA is, and BLM, and so on, in this particular case they are rioting the court decision here and the Democrat Governor was refusing to be tough against the riots, and is refusing authorizing them to move in on the streets.
I suspect Beshear becomes even less popular with the people of Kentucky after all this.

It's a combination of incompetance on Beshear's part, but I'm also sure part of the plan to smear AG Cameron. Cameron's been getting beaten up by the media despite handling this case EXACTLY how it should have been handled. It was the model of how investigations should be run and as it turns out, ended the right way with only one minimal indictment and no murder charges.
It's very likely Cameron will challenge Beshear for Governor in 2023 and should soundly defeat him. Cameron's far more popular among the base than Bevin was. Beshear spent four years as AG smearing Bevin and narrowly beat him. (Likely due to fraud in Jefferson County.) Beshear is using the same playbook against Cameron. Instead of stepping in early to stop the crap in Louisville, he let it continue because he thinks it reflects poorly against Cameron because the media is portraying Cameron as the bad guy here.
