Just a tip: You aren't allowed to talk about jury nullification with the other jurors, or admit that is what you are doing. Just stay quiet and vote your conscience.

You can, but if the judge finds out you will be tossed for an alternate.

At the beginning all jurors swear to uphold the law as it is written. If you reveal that you are not going to do this then you are kicked out or a mistrial is called.
