I'd like a limit that nobody is eligible to run for an elected office unless the total amount of time they've spent in elected office is less than the total amount of time they've spent working in the private sector, and no consecutive terms.

Force them to spend time in the real world as a taxpayer instead of sucking off the public teat their whole adult life and get rid of incumbents.
