Its not about netflix, its more about having your life being controlled by tech and social media. How much time do you spend here? Look at your phone, go to your settings, go to advanced and check out your screen time. Not sure how old you are, but if you are old enough to remember before smartphones while having to use payphones, think about that time and how you have changed from going out and meeting people to how you now meet people online instead.
I don't need neflix to point my short comings....I've got a mother and an ex-wife for that.
