As per the documents released Breonna Taylor was the target of the warrant and the officers were there to arrest her. The entire media narrative was false on every point.

It always is and always will be in these race-war narratives they keep trying to push.

They’re scouring events all over the country looking for situations that can be spun into looking racist from the outside, but don’t hold up when actually put under real scrutiny.

They’re counting on people being emotionally manipulated by the headlines without digging any deeper.

It’s disgusting.

I kinda think that the media is purposely choosing these cases with sketchy facts and bolstering an innocent narrative with knowledge that the debatable truth will be revealed

I’ve noticed that the SJW response to the true facts is always Something along the lines of “that doesn’t make the death mean any less!”

The media is creating a precedent of criminals are innocent always

Yep, all the riots and protests have been prompted by the media (although I believe the extent of the violence has certainly been unintentional). That is why, once election season is over, they will vanish overnight.

I think the violence is the goal. The plan is/was to have voters blame Trump for the violence. These people operate within a bubble, they believe their own hype and missed completely that Trump always a proponent of law and order would gain from the violence not lose. The riots will continue because now their goal is to disrupt communities, to drive voters out of state, to eliminate polling sites so they can steal the vote.

If that were the case, then our opposition would be blaming Trump for the violence, not denying that any violence exists.

The deaths of criminal Blacks kept hitting big headlines for weeks before George Floyd. It seems like the goal was to start another Ferguson, but what happened was LA Race Riots times a hundred.

The rioters and blacks don't really care about black on black deaths. They say as much. To them even one shooting of a black by cops of any color is reason to destroy everything around them. This is the generations of unreasoning hate that have been instilled in them from the street preachers and politicians and media at work. They are lost and can't be salvaged only contained.

It's really much more practical than that. They "care" about police-on-black deaths because those can be used to increase power. The deaths are weapons, or even really just ammunition.

It's like income inequality. They don't actually care about it. It's just a tool to be used to weaken the producers' power.

That's why they are happy to lie about whatever they need to lie about in order to get the riots going. It isn't about truth or justice at all. It's just a ladder to power.

These are the powers that be. The useful idiot cannon fodder on the ground might actually care somewhat, or be incited to "care." Their existing anger and resentment about their shitty lives is being used to further the cause. They're just tools, too.

The crooked lawyer Crump is the prime offender here. Pretty much every false talking point the media used like having the wrong address and she wasn't a target for arrest etc came from his press conferences. This is how he gets the big paydays by inciting unrest then bribing the target city for millions to shut up about it.

Was he the guy who was responsible for the “hands up don’t shoot” false narrative?

2
SquiggyMcPepe 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yep. He is at the center of every one of them. Has made tens of millions so far off settlements.

Just this morning I'm watching a 'news' program and even though the evidence and the warrant has been released the person talking was just straight out saying the opposite of that. Literally just looking at the camera "she was a heroic first responder who was gunned down like an animal on a no-knock warrant" etc etc

Block_Helen 8 points ago +8 / -0

Yeah, it's gotten pretty bad. Used to be there would be different interpretations of facts, now they just toss the facts out the window and say whatever they want.

My kids believe this stuff too. You can try to reason with them but then they point to media stories like the one you describe and say that we believe in conspiracy theory.

lerm4comptroller 8 points ago +8 / -0

The. Only. Person. Arguing. That. Shot. A. Cop.

Your kids are taking the word of a guy who attempted to murder a police officer over the words of our AG, coroner, forensics, LMPD at the scene, the LMPD supervisors who approved the raid, and witnesses from the apartment building.

... For the record, usually "conspiracy theories" require a "conspiracy." 2 or more people working together outside of public scrutiny for a singular cause. You know, like thinking that every level of law enforcement is working in tandem to promote a false narrative motivated by racism.

Thinking one drug dealer who shot a cop is probably a liar too isn't a "conspiracy" by any fucking definition of the word.

this is third world banana republic journalism ... and the worst thing about is how they paint themselves as the heroes of truth with their "fact checks" and "experts" (as if those couldnt be manipulative or highly selected) ... I vividly remember Trump coining the term fake news in regards to CNN and the likes, and when that term got too popular to be ignored by them, they reported about "fake news" as related to russian (wtf?) facebook campaigns (what??)...

The media lied to me? I can't believe they would do that! Push a false racially charged narrative in an election year? Wonder what their motives are 🤔

DoYouBelieveInMAGA 8 points ago +10 / -2

Hey now, everybody makes mistakes sometimes. The media was just trying to report the facts. I'd be concerned if they had a long history of misrepresenting stories, but clearly this is a one time thing.

thynameisbob 6 points ago +6 / -0

People say I don't trust the media because I'm a Trump supporter. I don't trust the media because the first news story I remember hearing was WMDs in Iraq.

5
Keiichi81 5 points ago +5 / -0

Used to be, not trusting the corporate media was a liberal trait. Ever since Trump came along, the new left acts like believing monolithic media conglomerates don't have our best interests at heart is a "far right conspiracy theory."
