Yes but then it is a matter of she can sue the institution for discrimination. Real police (which I am not sure these were) still will take you off the property at request of the owner. Then if you are claiming their policy is unlawful or your removal from the premises was unlawful on those grounds then you can take it up in court with the school.
Schools and other organizations can impose policies which they choose to enforce at their discression and within their scope. Asking a person to leave the premises is about the most they can do so once they do, they are allowed to contact police about removing the person or arresting them for trespass.
Since you are the one claiming that their asking you to leave was based on unlawful grounds you are accusing them of a crime just as they are accusing you of trespass. Cops are not in charge of enforcing the ADA unless a court has found someone to be non-compliant then they may be called in if fines and the like are ignored. They are in charge of enforcing trespass laws so that is what they are doing.
As much as I want to say this is absolute trash I am betting if we got audio from the whole conversation that happened the woman was likely told that she can either leave or put on a mask. The ask to leave from any school employee can be construed as enough to warrant trespass charges if the school wishes. If this kind of exchange never occurred then well... I hope she sues the school to hell and back and the school learns its lesson.
And if the school demands that everyone shove their finger up their ass? I guess everyone just has to shove their finger up their ass. Ridiculous. I reject your whole premise. These places do not have the right to make arbitrary demands. The pursuit of happiness clause trumps this. It is my right to pursue my happiness by not shoving a finger up my ass at a sporting event. Done.
Then you either leave and take it up in court or you risk being arrested for trespassing. Note Schools (even public ones) are permitted to kick people off their campus for any reason they deem good, until such a time that a law or court order states that the reason is illegal.
Fighting the cop is not the right course of action, fight the school in court. Also it is worth noting that Ohio especially Cincinnati has a huge private schooling system so it is entirely possible that this is a private school who is within their right to deny entrance to sports games even to parents. I have seen parents banned from going to their kids games because of many things but usually much bigger than this.
If they (the woman and family) don't like it there are options for recourse.
If she isn’t wearing a mask for reasons for a medical condition ( for example) doesn’t it become discrimination to kick her out?
