Part of the poem "Beginnings", but with the word "Saxon" swapped in for the original "English". There's another that's worth a quick read: "Norman and Saxon". It's about a Norman noble giving advice to his son about how to avoid getting the Saxons in a castle-burning mood.

Which the Left obviously has never read.

I just read "Norman and Saxon" at your recommendation. Very good poem! I liked it.
