I agree. However, I'm sure in liberal states it will be selectively enforced only against conservatives.

That's not how a defense works.

The problem will come when some asshole (e.g., the psycho who stalked George Zimmerman) tries to use the law as a defense for running over a little old lady who was out walking her dachshund.

What I mean is that some Soros DA would use that first part to charge someone like Kyle Rittenhouse with a felony because there were more than seven people together at a disturbance and he caused injury. Total BS, but I bet they would try.
