Understand the difference in what Barr believes his job is:
He speaks up when Decorum is in danger.
For him, his job is to maintain decorum, not justice.
There is nothing he has said that cannot be categorized as such. Once you see it, it makes sense.
Decorum dictates that men and women of noted power not be arrested and thereby stain Decorum, as these people hold status in the club.
Barr is the defender and advocate for the continuance of government Decorum, which by its nature will not suffer a break in the continuance of Decorum, symbolized by the names and faces of those presented to the masses as “your government” be they past or present members that were bequeathed with such Decorum.
Arrests of any such club members would not be sympatico with Decorum.
And yes, club members include the lower ranks like Strzok as well.
I'm sure the Democrats who make up the majority of the DOJ will get right on it.
