When I watch his rallies it seems most people have a bad view. That's seems because he's now doing it at the airport instead of stadiums. I think I at least want to be closer to the front than the news crew, which seems to be the first hundred or two people at most. I will be going this Saturday if that makes a difference (people off of work, etc.).

I went to the 2018 airport at Montoursville rally. Got there 12 hours early. However, it was a Monday during midterms. For this Saturday at HIA, I imagine patriots will be lining up as early as Friday morning.
Going to one tomorrow at 6 pm Newport News Va, can't get there till about 5:30 myself but we'll see fingers crossed.
Depends on where you want to stand, I've gotten pretty good seats walking in about 20 minutes before Trump is scheduled to go on
