This might sound crazy but a lot of what Biden is doing in his campaign kind of reminds me of Dubya.
I was thinking about those compilation clips of Dubya speaking clearly as Governor of Texas and then bumbling as President, and then speaking clearly again from his ranch after retirement.
The popular narrative being that he was acting slow or putting on an act to some degree so as to limit exposure to a hostile press over numerous issues.
