it's not about Joe and never has been. Once they knew that they were in no position to win the presidency (and I'd say that was sometime last year), they focused on rigging the system to get in more senators and congressmen. The push will be for down ballot. If they can pack the house and senate then Trump is neutered at best, impeached at worst.
