It was leaked that her employment file was labeled "do not rehire" so she was definitely fired.

Breonna Taylor exhibited very poor judgement in the company that she kept and in the actions that she took that broke the law. Breaking the law is a gamble. If you lose, you may lose your money, your freedom or your life. This is the gamble that Breonna took, and she lost.
