There no reason to have the buttons overlap. No! The submit button stays as far right as it can go! We don't move to the center or the left for anything! Ok maybe center right.
I like the arrow, the submit button just need to be moved so it's not underneath it. Seems pretty simple and obvious to not have 2 buttons overlap.
You can turn the arrow off.
