I’m pretty sure most of the new people registering to vote are registering as republican. It absolutely is not partisan, and we want more people out to vote than Dems do because we need to beat the fraud.

My LTC (License to Carry in Texas) instructor said its obviously your right, but has seen very few scenarios over the years where announcing you have a pistol is advantageous. If a criminal is coming in to do harm you just become the first he wants to dispose of. Versus concealing - you have the jump in a lot of situations where they view you as weak.
I am one of those statistics here in West Palm Beach. I just registered Republican within the last month. I served in the Marines right after September 11th overseas in Afghanistan and I've never voted in my life. But what's happened now is just too much.

You can open carry while fishing or camping.
Sure, but that's not the same as standing outside your neighborhood to deter criminals or rioters from entering and causing damage.
