Their investigative process needs to be overhauled and roles in the agency pulled, plugged and replaced with a new system. The professional investigators don’t seem to want to find the truth. In fact it looks like they are actively attempting to miss it; and downplay it if they can’t.
On the other hand, Sundance’s only burden of proof is a preponderance of the evidence, not beyond reasonable doubt like Durhams needs to be.... but part of those investigating tools Sundance doesn’t have are indictments and plea deals to work your way up to the top.
Worse yet, Sundance compiled everything and gave it all to Durham's top guy. The only work he had to do is to verify the authenticity of the documents that Sundance gathered. But still crickets.
