Sauce, 1 can of diced tomatoes and 1 can of tomato paste. Or grow your own. Low moisture, whole fat mozzarella. Or make your own. Cook it in a iron skillet for a Chicago deep dish, or toss it on a pizza steel for a New York.

I don't eat out anymore, I control what goes in my body. I limit the amount of junk chemicals that simply exist to protect a restaurants bottom line by reducing spoilage.
