My state still hasn’t paid out a ton of initial claims (wife just got a corrected claim from almost 6 months ago) but somehow they were able to divert a ton of money towards a fund that only blacks can apply for. Seriously. Just blacks. Needless to say this really pissed off a ton of non-black residents. So much fucky stuff is going on with those funds.

Seeing how they could do that, this doesn’t surprise me in the least.
