And half of those Act Blue donations end up in Biden's campaign coffers.

Biden is outspending Trump like crazy right now because he knows they have the back door for foreign donations through BLM >> Act Blue.

The money their campaign is burning isn't even helping them in the polls. I think Trump is being smart here and conserving cash until it makes sense to spend it.
