I created Number 10 Envelope artwork in PDF format to recreate these envelopes. I included high res JPEGs but I highly encourage enterprising pedes to use the PDFs as the spacing requirements for all the BRM artwork is pretty tight. Get the spacing off and the post office will drop it like a republican ballot.

This download link should be good until Oct. 2 https://wetransfer.com/downloads/dc1ed12603a16c30de5d32cd5555283320200925030222/bee9836776aa9011e5b6e7b4e16f1fee20200925030244/0abbcc

Print those PDFs on Number 10 envelopes and adhere to the spacing requirements in this guide: https://pe.usps.com/text/qsg300/Q505.htm

I wasn't able to decode the fourth envelope all the way so I didn't recreate it. Only one of the three mailers is using a serial number and it is a nice round number (300000) so I seriously doubt there is any tracking on these envelopes on an individual basis. So you should be able to print as many as you want because the post office doesn't know the difference. There are no limits on how many BRM envelopes can come back on a particular campaign. So get printing and drain their accounts LOL.

Do limit the weight as I believe if you make it too heavy they will just throw it out. Probably best to go for quantity over weight to fuck with them.

This pede knows. I only deal with smaller amounts but its like 1.35 just to return the envelopes empty but sealed. You only need a few ounces for it to add up fast but if you dont have that large quanities of envelopes work as well.
