This will give UNLIMITED POWER to TRUMP on all of the social media sites visa vie legal lawsuits by people affected by social media blocking, censoring, shadowing information that was supposed to be OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. If Trump (VIA EO) or congress (even temporary) pulls their 230 protection then the Social Media CAN BE SUED for any and all censorship, blocking, shadowing, and porn on their sites but it would be done by millions of people INDIVIDUALLY. This would force the SM (Social Media) to settle MILLIONS of court cases LOCALLY and having to put up BOND for specific performance. This could easily shut down ALL social media platforms overnight. Note: what happened recently with Palatron. What if???: Antifa communication on Twitter, then Twitter can be held liable for damages done by Antifa IN THAT CITY FOR THAT SPECIFIC CASE FOR THAT INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS to be settled in court. That would mean a minimum of 800 open cases in Minneapolis, 2700 in Chicago, 1500 in Portland as each business sues for compensation for the SM being an accomplice in the crimes committed. NO PROTECTIONS for the social media against lawsuits from them banning HQC and other medical "opinion" that were blocked. Every dead "Covid" patient can sue because they did not have access to information that had been censored by the social media. An EO could do this OVERNIGHT. Correct me if I am wrong but this is a huge mill stone that just got dropped. Have to run it through channels but when it get blocked in DOJ then Trump EOs and just like favored nation for Pharma orders Social Media will be devastated.
