Well then Flynn should do just that. Sue them for misconduct.

No trouble proving damages.

Exactly. Besides, the civil insurance protections don't protect against criminal acts.

If Flynn lived in Maryland or Virginia then State prosecutors can go after FBI agents for the crimes in their States.

Working for Federal Law Enforcement doesn't make you immune from State Laws prohibiting illegal spying.

That isn’t the type of insurance they are talking about. You can buy professional liability insurance to cover penalties and lawyers fees if you aren’t provided qualified immunity. What these morons don’t seem to know is that they knew they were doing something wrong, which voids most policies of that sort.

Flcentipede 1 point ago +1 / -0

not to mention you can't buy insurance after you have already committed the misconduct that subjects you to liability. how the fuck are these people lawyers.

Not only did Bill Clinton do this, but he bullied an insurance company into covering him AFTER he was caught and took to trial in the Paula Jones case I recall.

I say the radical left contest the election results so the Supreme Court can look into this shit

No insurance covers illegal activities. They are retards.

NoTimeToBleed 4 points ago +4 / -0

If you buy insurance that covers legal defense in case of lawsuit, whoever issued that policy can dump you as soon as this text exchange comes out.

I'd like to publicly think Judge Emmett Sullivan for being a complete dumb fuck and keeping this case open, so that this tranche (treasure trove) of unbelievably incriminating evidence of the utter and complete bullshit that the investigation into General Flynn and the broader spying against the President really is

Thanks, Dumb Fuck Sullivan!

Would an insurance company pay liability claims when it became known that the acts that brought the libel suit, were done deliberately, and the perpetrators knew their actions were criminal at the time they did them?

3
Induceddrag 3 points ago +3 / -0

My professional liability policy wouldn’t.

3
ClarenceBeeks 3 points ago +3 / -0

good, now Flynn can sue them and get paid by the insurance companies

eatonfools 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm tellying [sic] man, if this thing ever gets FOIA'd, there are going to be some tough questions asked

I see...was just commenting on the other post that there’s no way they were that idiotic to think the insurance would protect from criminal proceedings/legal fees. I guess this is what they were hedging against? Then again their complete morons either way for not anticipating how this was gonna look no matter what the outcome.

Bought Arrest Insurance From Who?

ActBlue, George Soros or AllState?

1
Vailyon 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wait there is misconduct insurance??? Is there a special broker?

1
Walkingfeather 1 point ago +1 / -0

One, I think the insurance company will probably have standing not to pay any claims. 2. They were doing illegal activities before they bought the policies. 3. Usually the government covers these kinds of things UNLESS.... you have acted illegally and out of your scope of authority.

Dell_Fargus 1 point ago +1 / -0

Is this the "insurance policy" that Hannity is always talking about?

1
fartglove 1 point ago +1 / -0

Reading this stuff, it makes me think that blm and antifa are the controlled protests/riots - not just in the 'burn down the city for federal bailout if Joe is elected' kind of way but if there is already a blm/antifa protest for something then they could be called to action right away if some legit protesting over shit like the Flynn case needs to happen. Its just all coordinated and ready to go if the Right ever decides to protest over these abuses....they will be ready to 'counter-protest' in any city at all, especially the big ones.

Good to know they have deep pockets.

1
slugbait 1 point ago +1 / -0

How is it even possible to buy that sort of insurance and that the government pays half? Purchasing that insurance is an admission of guilt just like wiping a government issued phone.

1
that_guy_pming_tits 1 point ago +1 / -0

You can’t buy insurance for something that’s already done.

1
Blurpy 1 point ago +1 / -0

You misspelled misconduct. It's spelled T-R-E-A-S-O-N.

XxTheSargexX 1 point ago +1 / -0

Would insurance have to pay if it was proven they knew what they were doing was grossly wrong? This was no accidental or slight misconduct.

1
Agent_Orange 1 point ago +1 / -0

Sue them until their grandkid's grandkids don't have any toys.

1
magnokor 1 point ago +1 / -0

Admission of guilt.

When the "elite" of law enforcement are corrupt, there is nobody to investigate and charge them.

There is nobody brave enough, which means they have no children and no family who can be threatened, to investigate and charge them.

Hannity and his "rank and file", he can file that under cowards, shameful and scared little babies.

They are all bad.

"All the analysts too?"

"Yep," the first analyst said.

The problem with the FBI is that they have few honest people, they just have lawyers in control. The soulless.

DinosRFake 1 point ago +1 / -0

Eventually, I suspect Flynn will end up rich, after suing everyone, and then become FBI chief. Shame about Sullivan's weird legal antics, but I guess we can't be surprised anymore. There is clearly something about Flynn that is important in the 4D chess game. I've got zero clearance, and obviously don't know what it is. Maybe Project Looking Glass has the answers; fuck knows these days.

1
DemsHaveNoHomeHere 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm not understanding this. Will the insurance pay for court fines/fees/lawyer if prosecuted? Isn't this admission of intent?

Edit bc if so I'm going to buy insurance to rob a bank in Minecraft.

So, the Treason Trials start when?

1
Roldham [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not soon enough

1
PinochetIsMyHero 1 point ago +1 / -0

Doubt it will help, insurance doesn't generally cover intentional acts.

You can't insure against "sure I committed treason but I thought Hillary was a lock!"
