Personally I would like to see the power of the Supreme Court reduced. For a decade Justice Kennedy was the virtual king of the US. His decisions overturned laws and state constitutions. So yea, now may be the time to reform the court. Maybe increase the court count to 50, one from each state. And in order to overturn a law or state constitution the court must have a super majority. And if a judge keeps voting with the minority, maybe 80% in a 10 year period, that judge is removed for incompetence.
