Seriously? How can a conservative NOT know the back story to this. True some of it just came out but there was a LOT of indication that she wasn't lil' miss innocent.
On the other hand this was all over weed right? Seems like an excessive cost to society to be slinging dope, when taxpayers spent 12 millions in wrongful death, the millions in rioting, let alone attourney fees, court feeds, etc.
And this is just one case.
I have never smoked pot and never will, but criminalization has cost more lives than it has saved and cost more money than any moral argument could ever hope to win.
