I just spent 10 mins typing a really long, well thought out reply and then accidently deleted it bc of fighting with that "Submit" button that's stuck under the "scroll to to the top." After failing to hit submit 5 or 6 times I accidently hit the "Cancel" button.
TD must be losing so much engagement bc of that stupid problem. Please mods, for the love of GEOTUS fix it!
To clarify the problem is on mobile.
One solution, move the Submit button to the left side. That's a five minute fix in the CSS.
Another solution, make "scroll to top" an option that can be turned on or off.
If you don't know how to do it or don't have time, I'll help or pay someone to fix it for you. But please do something about it.

I have to rotate my phone clockwise 90 degrees to “free up” the “Submit“ button.
Sometimes you just gotta roll a hard six.

Just screwing around with the same thing five seconds before I saw your post. Yes, every single time - rotating the phone, trying to scroll up with one hand and tap the ‘submit’ button with the other. Always a frustration. Please, please look into this...
Agreed! Rotating to portrait works for me, but it would be nice to see the submit button moved over if possible.
