I remember asking you before about people with TDS and you letting me know it is very real.

What can be done to help these people? It's appalling how delusional they are.

My sister sent me a text today that started out as a "hey, my company just knocked 15% off my salary due to COVID cutbacks"...but then moved, in the same paragraph, to "I am so appalled at the miscarriage of justice in the Breonna Taylor case, we all need to do something today for racial justice". It was like she couldn't even allow herself to be upset about something that seriously affects her life and her kids' life, because of some perceived injustice to someone else seven states away. It's utterly bizarre.

I imagine hobbies would help? Hobbies other than social media 24/7, of course.

I think it's important to do things in the real world. I love my computer games & forums but there's nothing that tickles the right spots in the brain like hammering a nail into two pieces of wood or soldering a capacitor onto a PCB or something along those lines. Probably 95% of this shit is misplaced impulses.

Thanks doctor, for the info. They do seem like people that might be hard to cure -- almost as if they'd been brainwashed.
