"Mental midget" is the most appropriate description I've heard to describe most of the people where I work. I'm in a technical position, but the bulk of our employees are creative types, who jump on every social justice band wagon, so they can virtue signal and be so damn self righteous. They want everyone to think they're so damn smart, but all I see is a bunch of mis-led morons. What's really scary is that my paycheck is dependent on them doing their jobs so well. If they can stay on track, and not try to inject some social justice cause into every account they get, I'll be alright.
