100%. Every time POTUS Tweets the same accounts replying with inane rhetoric get boosted to the top by bots. I used a website that checks for suspicious activity on a bunch of the accounts that amplify the top replies. Almost all of them were highly suspect, many newly createded accounts, many odd names and some utterly bizarre posting history that made no sense (gibberish). They exist solely to amplify material and not actually interact.
